Sour Pale Ale

The Sour Pale with Rhubarb is part of our Waiting On Wood Series.

It is a Belgian-style Pale Ale that has been appropriately soured with lactobacillus acidophilus providing green apple, tart cherry, grapefruit and even apricot notes.

We then infused this Pale with the crimson stocks of fresh rhubarb for exquisite tartness!

ABV: 6.2%

IBU: 19
